Staff Attendance and Punctuality at work can be a major determinant of growth, progress and productivity in an organization.

In bid to effectively manage, monitor, control and improve staffs’ attendance and punctuality at work, Sun and Oak have helped McPherson University to design, develop and deploy a Fingerprint Biometrics Attendance Management System for the signing in and signing out Daily Attendance Register in the University.

The Fingerprint Biometrics Attendance Management System was however developed to forestall truancy in the Citadel of Higher Learning. It captures the Fingerprint data of all users and validates them before access can be granted access to study facilities. Once access is granted, the Identity, Time-in and Time-out of the user are recorded and saved into an external database for future audit.

It is expected that the productivity of the organization is improved and well impacted by the performance of staff in terms of attendance and punctuality.
